  • A Brief Introduction to Shanghai College of International Education, USST

    Shanghai College of International Education, USST, located in Shanghai China, serves as an institute to provide international education services and cultural exchanges specially catering to students from overseas applicants.  The college has various courses opened to the foresaid students including non-degree programs and international cooperative training programs. It is in charge of recruitment, education and management of students as well as other affairs.

    Dean of Shanghai College, USST
    Professor Lei Zhang was born in Dec. 1952. He is working as a Ph.D. director, Assistant to the president, Dean of Shanghai College of International Education in USST.

    He has been devoted himself to the industry of education and administration management for more than 30 years. He had been working as vice-dean, dean and vice-president of Shanghai Medical Instrumentation College successively.

    He is an adjunct Professor of Fudan University, and acts as a member, an excutive member or a vice-president of several academic orgnization in Shanghai even in the China. He is an State Council Expert for Special Allowance, a Department academic leader in the industry related, a model worker as well as an excellent education worker in Shanghai.

    Vice Dean of Shanghai College, USST
    Associate professor Jianzhong GUO, graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, acts as vice dean of Shanghai College of International Education, USST.

    Associate professor Jianzhong GUO has been engaged in exchange activities of international education of higher learning for a long period of time and has worked in International Exchanges Department, College of Management and the President Office of USST. Presently, he is a member of Association of Chinese Teaching for Foreigners, Institutions of Shanghai Higher Education for Overseas Students and Shanghai Foreign Languages Association. He has taken part in Fortune Global Forum 1999 in Shanghai, 9th APEC Leaders Meeting and the bidding for Expo 2010 Shanghai,China. He devotes himself in research areas like international education management, international human resources management and Cross Cultural research, and has published over 20 theses.
