On 2020.4.24, Hujiang College organized an event for international students to experience Chinese calligraphic art and get to know Chinese culture. Several faculties from the Department of Humanities Education and international student counsellor introduced bamboo in the Chinese context and taught the students to paint bamboo. Dong Jianji, a Chinese Calligraphy Master, as well as a faculty from the Department of Humanities Education explained Chinese calligraphic art and taught the students to write step by step.
